- 1.5 pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn drained
- 1 can petit diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
- * Season to your liking
Additions
- JalapeƱo, onion, bell peppers
Brown then drain ground beef.
Add Beans, Corn, Petit Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste, Honey and stir to mix completely.
Add seasonings and stir.
Bring to a simmer for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
Season to taste before serving.
