Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound ground beef
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can petit diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • * Season to your liking

Additions

  • JalapeƱo, onion, bell peppers

Instructions

  • Brown then drain ground beef.
  • Add Beans, Corn, Petit Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste, Honey and stir to mix completely.
  • Add seasonings and stir.
  • Bring to a simmer for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Season to taste before serving.
